Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the health, consumable, and hygiene nature of nutritional formulations, we accept returns only if:

• The outer security seal is completely intact and unopened.
• The item was damaged or leaking in transit upon initial delivery.
• An incorrect product variant was dispatched.

2. Refund Processing Timeframe

Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (Bank account, UPI, or Card) within 5–7 business days following receipt and quality inspection at our facility.
